Once your search has begun, we identify potential opportunities and assist you in tailoring your resume to put your experience in the best light.   We handle all initial communications with the firm, including the submission of application materials, follow-up, scheduling of interviews.   As you progress through the process, we prepare you for your interviews and answer questions about what to say and how and when to say it.   Lastly, we advise on the competitiveness of offers and assist with offer negotiations.

We are also familiar with issues pertinent to partner moves - compensation systems, draw, capital requirements, withdrawal, non-cash compensation issues, marketing budgets, and retirement plans.
